Towards the end of the wedding season last year I found myself heading down to Nottinghamshire to shoot the wedding of Amber & Simon.
The day started with a little bridal prep at Amber's grandma's house before heading to the register office and then on to the Clumber Inn. With a little stop off at Clumber Park for a few photos in between.
Did I mention the classic London bus? Oh yeah, everyone jumped on board to be ferried around in some bright red vintage awesomeness. I'm pretty sure Amber's dad wanted to drive it. (Like he used to!)
There was also Simon's classic Land Rover rumbling away in the bridal convoy.
The bridal prep was a quicky affair in the smallest kitchen I've ever photographed in. I think everyone in there stood on Amber's dress before we even got out of the house. Amber's gran kept us entertained by telling us all the old celebs that she used to fancy!
It was a quick jump over the road to the register office (literally across the road) and we headed inside to make the magic happen.
Vows were said, kisses were kissed and husband and wife walked out into the sunshine.
We loaded up the convoy and headed up to Clumber Park for a few photos and then on to the Clumber Inn to wine, dine and dance the night away in the marquee.
Thanks for having me guys.
Here are a few images from their day.
Thought I'd start this little blog to let people know what we get up to. Some personal stuff thrown in the mix too.
